Physical Therapist

FULL-TIME   ·   IN PERSON   ·   CLIFTON, NJ   ·   $90,000–$95,000

Help people overcome orthopedic injuries, rebuild mobility, and return to the activities they love. You’ll evaluate, plan, treat, educate, and collaborate in a PT-owned private practice that puts patients ahead of quotas.

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand each patient’s condition and needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic injuries.
  • Monitor progress and adapt care plans for optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in WebPT.
  • Communicate closely with therapists and staff.
  • Stay current on advances in physical therapy practice.
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active New Jersey license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, rehabilitation techniques, and PT modalities.
  • Outpatient experience preferred; discharge-planning familiarity is a plus.
  • Clear verbal and written communication.

NEW OPENING

Physical Therapist Assistant

FULL-TIME   ·   IN PERSON   ·   CLIFTON, NJ   ·   $38–$40 PER HOUR

Deliver thoughtful, hands-on care in a privately owned clinic where patients come first and therapists have room to shape their schedules. You’ll support individualized treatment, collaborate closely with the care team, and grow with a practice rooted in its community.

  • Support patient assessments and individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physical therapist.
  • Provide therapy interventions designed to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support coordinated, comprehensive care.
  • Use sound clinical judgment and case-management skills to respond to patient needs.
  • Apply knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and medical imaging in day-to-day care.
  • A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
  • A strong foundation in physical therapy care and patient service.
  • One year of outpatient therapy experience is preferred.
  • Clear communication and the ability to work closely with patients and care teams.
  • Knowledge of case management, physiology, medical terminology, and medical imaging.
  • A positive, team-oriented approach and an interest in growing with the practice.
